The Hampton Inn continues to move forward having had a preliminary land development plan approved by the Nether Providence Board of Commissioners. Most of the hotel site falls in Media, but a small segment (8,300sqf.) needed for additional parking and trash receptacle is in Nether Providence and required acceptance. The current proposal from the Pinnacle Hospitality Group calls for a four story, 107 room hotel.

Still 107 rooms, but thanks to the opposition it got knocked down from the original 6 stories to 4 stories.
