On Tuesday this week Dom Giordano from 1210 WPHT announced on his show that Media will be hosting a Philadelphia region, "Welcome Home the Troops" Parade. I also received a few emails letting me know of the date and how excited they are that this is being organized...me too.The date is Saturday April 28th with both a parade and event activities.Everybody's Home Town is known for our parades and not many towns can pull this event off like Media can. Mayor, Bob McMahon, Media borough council and Veteran's affairs do a great job with these parades and I'm sure this day will be one of the biggest.
