ReplyDeleteWhat if any part of West Chester University is within the boundaries of West Chester Borough? Students tend to live in multi-family units and that would increase the WC population density as compared to Media Borough.

Not "Everbody's Hometown" anymore. If I wasn't here for decades, I couldn't afford the Real Estate prices in 2013.
