Slick Roads and Media's Chinese New Year Celebration

The roadways are a little slick this morning from the recent snowfall, but that shouldn't be a problem for today's Chinese New Year celebration in Media.  It starts at 11am on State Street and parades down town with cymbals, fireworks and dragons.
