Elecion Primary Day 2014

For the most part turnout out will be on the light side for today's election primary, as the only real race in contention is who the people will choose as the democratic nominee for governor this fall to take on incumbent, Tom Corbett.  With four democratic candidates including Tom Wolf, Rob McCord, Allyson Schwartz and Katie McGinty; that'll be a close one to watch.

On the republican side you have four candidates uncontested: Governor Tom Corbett, State Senate (26th) candidate Tom McGarrigle, Congressman (7th) Pat Meehan and State Representative (168th) Tom Killion.

We'll be providing live updates through out the day so check us out on Facebook or Twitter to catch all the highlights.  Also be sure to follow #delcovote on Twitter for all the updates throughout the county.  We'll also provide unofficial vote counts an project shortly after 8:30pm this evening.

Polls are open from 7am to 8pm.  Here's a map of precinct breakdowns and voting locations.
