19 West Second Street Potential!

I've always admired this building with what I thought was its great potential to be a neat store or office.  Looks like someone else realized that too with the property recently being sold.  From what I understand the listing price was about $350,000, but I'm not yet sure what will go here.  I suppose and office, which is what was there before.
