Here's how Rose Tree School District is making everyone breath a little easier....Literally!

Two weeks ago the Rose Tree Media School Board along with Superintendent, James Wigo, unveiled the newly modified Compress Natural Gas school buses and an on-site fueling station that will be used for the school district.  This technology and fuel source which is abundant and relatively more cost effective, will eventually replace the gasoline and diesel fuel that's been in use for decades.

The buses, which use 50% less fuel as compared to gasoline and diesel, will see a fuel cost savings of $1,000,000, while reducing ozone forming emissions, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
