William Rigby appointed to Deputy Commissioner of Chester Fire Department.
We’d like to recognize Penncrest Alumni(1987), Iraq War Veteran and lifelong Middletown Township resident, William Rigby for being appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Chester Fire Department. Congratulation to him and his family for such a distinct and well deserved honor. We appreciate your service and dedication towards keeping our communities safe.
