Kudos to Nether Providence!
What's taken Nether Providence to address speeding in an afternoon, has taken Media Borough Elected Officials: petitions, meetings, safety campaign, radar display signs (they didn't know how to use), a major accident (6th St.) and 9 months and counting.

Just because you perceive that vehicles are speeding doesn't mean the cops can violate the motorists' constitutional rights and stop them. There are limitations, of which you are unaware.
