The article says that the artist's rendering is for the building being constructed on the "old Chi-Chi's site fronting 352." But for those of us who haven't been here that long...where exactly is that??
That's a good question. If you're standing in the Acme parking lot looking at the main entrance, the old Chi-Chi's location would be directly to your right. It sits up a bit on a berm that's currently overgrown. I believe at one point recently they use to park equipment there.
