Construction in Full Swing at Granite Run Promenade

Crew members were hard at work pouring the cement foundation for the first of two apartment buildings at Granite Run Promenade.  This particular spot is located next the to the Granite Run Acme which at one time many decades ago was the site of a Chi-Chi's restaurant.

In addition, a CHOP facility, next to Kohl's has been completed on the footprint with much more to come.  Panera Bread and Chipotle were recently announced and a heavy crane was spotted on site which could mean construction may be shifting into higher gear.  2018 should be a big year for the project as most, if not all the construction should be finished.
