There are a lot of things that need to be explained at the next borough council meeting regarding this matter.

1. Why was it stated that Brodeur's lawyer acted as though they didn't have a lease? I don't understand this. Did they have an actual lease, or not?
   
2. This is the second time in five years this same exact situation has happened, Why?
3. Was the lease secured financially by Brodeur's?
4. What will be the grand total costing borough residents (unpaid rent, taxes, clean-out, repairs, etc.)?
5. Who are the interested parties looking at the property?

Five years ago Media Theater, a borough owned property, also owed money. I would request a review/audit of this property too.
