Interesting that it's coming up again, just when the building of a new housing development has begun up the street. It's only been what 16 years or so?
It should have been done ten years ago for $1 million, now it will cost $10 million. It's all bs anyway. There will always be a reason not to rebuild. With the 50 new homes going up, someone will complain about the influx of traffic onto 3rd street, hence prolonging this project even longer. If they really wanted to promote west state street business, this eye sore would have been rebuilt many years ago.
