I want to thank the Media residents, visitors and businesses today at Super Sunday for taking time to chat about what's important to Media. It was nice to see even one of my opponents, Roger Ricker who, like myself was out and about and was doing a great job with the Media Theatre.
Last Friday, I also caught up with Paul Robinson who is also running under the Democratic ticket. What's important to know, and what I convey, is that even though we're representing different parties, we're all concerned about putting Media FIRST; not an agenda.
Bipartisanship isn't just a buzz word, it's a new way of getting things done in Media.
Have a great week!

This is a really great attitude--good luck!
ReplyDeleteTed, I feel there is an environmental issue sorely neglected by council and borough management: discarded cigarette butt litter.
ReplyDeleteCigarette butts litter the sidewalks outside most of the bars in town, many of the businesses, and I have even witnessed a small business owner routinely discard his butts on the street outside his business. I have complained to council in person and by email about this, but it does not seem like the businesses are being held responsible.
Brendan, Thanks for the feed back. I believe there is an ordinance for this issue, but lightly, if at all enforced.
ReplyDeleteI agree, businesses and everyone have to better job with this. I'll talk to council to see what's going on.
