Franklin Mint Developers Settle Lawsuits and Begin to Reach out To Potential Tenants
The hits just keep on coming for Middletown Township. Not only were conceptual sketches and a site plan released for the GRM property yesterday, but just down the street the long stalled Franklin Mint project had a lawsuit break through that has restarted the effort. Per an article in the delcotimes, the developers are now moving forward and actively reaching out to potential tenants.
McKee said the partnership will start reaching out to potential tenants for the mixed-use development immediately and likely bring in another partner or consultant to help with the commercial component of the plan, which had been Wolfson’s responsibility. www.delcotimes.com

Bruce E. Toll got the jump on the McKee developers, and McKee know it. Why? The infrastructure is already there at GRM.
