Council Chair, Tom McGarrigle and County Council out fixing potholes

With the roads in bad shape from some of the most severe winter weather on record, County Chair, Tom McGarrigle and Delaware County Council were on the scene today addressing this very big problem.  CBS Philly tagged along to video the event.
