Jefferson Square Update! Development release prices, floor plans, models and displays of layouts.

Construction is still on going for the Jefferson Square development on Jefferson and Edgemont Streets, but details were released this week on models, prices, floor plans and pictures of layouts.

There will be two models:  The Jefferson, starting at $379,900 and the more expensive Monticello, which will start at $419,900. Both are 3 bed, 2.5 bath.

Luxury units aren't new to Media, but with a scope of 23 clustered behind the McDonald's on Baltimore Ave; this will prove to interesting towards how well these units sell.
