Media's artistic Bicycle rack is being re-installed on State Street.

After being knocked loose from its foundation weeks ago, Media's Highway Dept. is reinstalling the 'bicycle' bike rack on State Street.

    I'm glad it's back; it's a fun addition to Media's streetscape. (I do wish they had tinted the concrete to match the brick, though.) Anyone know if we'll be getting more of them around town?
