No Savesies in Media, PA?

I've never seen it enforced in Media Borough, but technically "Savesies"(didn't know that was a word) are not allowed on public roads.  Even Drake's gotten in the middle of this somehow.

    That video is adorable! Parking in Philly is no joke even in good weather; when it snows, people go bananas. Oh, the stories I could tell!
