Where's Media Mayor Bob McMahon?

Upper Darby Mayor Tom Micozzie announces snow emergency, appropriate instructions and what to expect.  When has anyone in Media heard anything from Media Mayor, Bob McMahon?  Will Media announce a Snow Emergency?  And what do you need to know?
