For those looking to hang their hat and park their R8 (V10, not that econo garbage) or Aventador, look not further than the 300 block of State Street.

  1. I don't like the parking in the front. That does not fit well at all with the character of State Street. I am not against the density of the project, but I really hate the asphalt and cars right next to our main street.

  2. This rendering is looking at the rear of the building from the intersection of Baker Street and Radnor Street. Parking lot is behind the building off of Baker Street there is no parking proposed along State Street.

    1. Thank you - that is an important clarification. It is still a lot of asphalt, but it belongs back by the alley and not in the front.
