High End Apartment Market to get Crowded.

It’s expected that things might start soon for the first phase of apartment units to go up at the former Granite Run Mall site.  Here’s where Chi Chi’s Mexican restaurant once was and the clearing of the brush that was recently done.   This is the spot where one of two housing developments will be built on the 53 acre property.

With West End Flats well underway in Media and West End Walk to follow, the housing market in the high-end apartment space is about to get a lot more crowded.  First to market matters a lot and so does cost and connivence.
