Could a Royal Farms be interested in the former Little Inn site (aka Maggie Hooks) in Upper Providence? It could be a bigger possibility than you think.
sure why not more open space, we need to pay more taxes and let more properties remain vacant, the heck with attracting business to our neighborhoods to help fund our schools. I'm sure there are plenty of seniors that want to pay a lot more school and property taxes.
That would put some great pressure on Wawa to keep their gas prices down at the new location.
