Media's shopping strip on Baltimore Pike comes under new ownership. No immediate plans known at this time regarding any changes.

    As long as the new owner is not Media Real Estate, we should be fine. Otherwise, prepare for zero investment, demolitions, and vacant lots.

    Since their office was their years ago they probably have first right of refusal on buying it or created a LLC and now own it under a different name
