  1. But, Media's going to have a pocket park/greenspace!!!

    Don't pull back the curtain, it's really a sinkhole with stagnant water, mosquitoes, unkempt houses as a backdrop, falling down trees, and no good way to access it. The money's not there and there will zero return on the money invested into it. The borough appears to be just bailing out one of their own to acquire it.

    But, greenspace/pocket park man!

  2. Gosh you sound a little bitter, eh? Tedmano himself posted on what the Borough did with Houtman, you read that? If it looks half as good as Houtman's renos do, then its 1000x upgrade for the area.
