Inside/Out program brings high-quality reproductions of Museum masterpieces to communities' sidewalks and storefronts.

Displayed Outside of the Delaware County Courthouse - Paul Cezanne, Mont Sainte- Victoire

The Inside/Out art program makes its return to Media, PA.  The effort brings high-quality reproductions of museum masterpieces to communities surrounding the Philadelphia Area.  In addition to Media, East Passyunk and Manayunk will also host their own displays.

It's not only great to see 10 classic art displays around the streets of Media, but also the wonderful inspiration it provides.  Unfortunately, the inspiration was so powerful in 2015 that it led to what is now known as the Great Media Art Heist.

While on display outside of Media Elementary school, someone got the idea to steal the Picasso painting right off its mount.  For a few days no one knew what had happened to the painting as it was stolen right under the perfect view of State Street's surveillance cameras.

From what's been told, the painting was recovered and returned to the art program.
