Things are finally happening with the Third Street Bridge

After close to 25 years, real work is beginning on the Third Street Bridge that includes tearing down the structure and replacing it with at two-way roadway in the next 24 months.  Politics, lack of accountability and obstruction by the Friends of Glen Providence Park were contributing factors to the delay.
