Looking at this plan the place still looks like vast parking lots. In fact it appears the interior of the old mall is being replaced by a parking lot. I had thought the idea was to make a more walkable town like place that the residents of the new expensive apartments would be attracted to. I remain, unfortunately, skeptical.
