Yes please keep the leadership we have Media borough enabled M2E just as much as anyone else by taking the money for the easement without public ally stating their safety concerns for the people in Lima !
I love this blog's commenters seriously... If Media Borough would have been the only entity out of the entire stretch of the ME2 pipeline (350 miles of pipeline, mind you) to have "stood its ground" and took Sunoco to court, you all would have wailed on the Borough for not taking the money and admitting the inevitable and wasting taxpayer dollars going to court.
Instead you want to have it both ways -- since they took the money for the easement (NEWS FLASH -- THE BOROUGH WOULDN'T HAVE PREVENTED THE PIPELINE), they're complicit. But if they fought Sunoco, they would have been wasting taxpayers dollars fighting it. Just can't win with any of you nitwits.
The borough could have done some due dilligence and documented the safety concerns in conjjuctiob with taking the money that would be the prudent thing to do. Instead we have Commenters like you who obviously don't care about safety or the people in Middletown that live next to ME2
Instead Brian Hall billed countless hours to the borough of media to stop a bridge dam project all because he lives Near the site. How greedy is this ?
