I've received an update from the organizers of tomorrow's event:
Hey Eagles fans - Saturday's Underdog Pride Parade at 2pm will NOT include any ceremony or speeches at the courthouse. Feel free to spread all along State Street from Monroe to Vet Square and get a good spot. Should be a fun day! GO BIRDS!
As with Media events on State Street, pets are not permitted.
Sunday: Parking will be prohibited on State Street starting at 4pm through 11pm.
