Seeing area development at a fever pitch, it'll be interesting to see what becomes of the industrial side of Media. I don't know the commercial real estate market enough to know if this is a good deal or inflated, but we'll find out in due time.
With close proximity to regional rail and the recent development of West End Flats/Walk just a 100 yards down the street, it's reasonable to think this area could be set for a transformation at some point.
Maybe an office park. Not sure if remaining industrial would fit for the location and price.
