Granite Run Promenade - Sears isn't the only tenant who recently filed for bankruptcy.

Sears isn't the only area business that filed for bankruptcy, as Granite Run Promenade's new tenant Frank Theatres did too.  It's not clear what effect that will have on the opening of their location in Middletown, but time will tell.

Owner Bruce Frank told the Sentinel the bankruptcy was an “overall corporate strategy.”
