A welcomed change in plans - Scratch the nail salon, looks like it'll be a wine bar.
As things would have it, it looks like what was thought to become a nail salon back in October, is now expected to be a Wine Bar of some sort. No firm details yet, but the Wine Bar should go over a lot better than a nail salon. Right?
That's a nice development. Cool building for that type of business as well.
