Can the gentlemen implore the leadership in their wretched caucuses to approve improved solar energy incentives? Pennsylvania lags far behind New Jersey in this area and it needs to be improved.
NJ has a very real deficit spending problem and has one of if not the highest tax rates in the country. People are leaving the state in record numbers. Why would anyone want to do anything that was done in NJ.
