Also, Optimist/Penncrest Lacrosse Social at the Media Towne House on February 1st (7pm - 11pm). There will be dinner, dancing and drinks to welcome the 2014 season.
Rose Tree - Media Optimist Youth Lacrosse ('Optimist Lacrosse') is a community lacrosse program sponsored by the Optimist Club of Rose Tree-Media for boys and girls in grades 1 to 8 who reside in the Rose Tree-Media School District. We were organized in 1987 and are a charter member of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Youth Lacrosse Association as well as the Philadelphia Area Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association. We strive to teach the Native American sport of lacrosse to build self-confidence and self-esteem through this challenging sport and prepare players for high school lacrosse. We ask our players to be respectful of others, do their best and, at all times 'Honor the Game'.
