scary, I remember seeing a guy walking a rottweiler during dining under the stars...i was sitting at the Plumstead as my children played with the chalk outside og earth and state. Crazy to think that a sicko walked right by us. I remember commenting on the dog...you don't see many rottweilers in Media.
