Why were the borough council meetings moved to 8pm?

I've yet to hear a good explanation as to why the Media Borough Council meetings were moved back to 8:00pm from the previous time of 7:30pm.  For a lot of people I know, it's a lot easier to get things done, or at least started before 8pm, than on, or after. Especially on a week night.

It was originally moved to 7:30pm in order bring out better community participation while allowing for better hours for those that needed to attend.

The meeting can still be viewed on Cable (Comcast) channel 10.  For Verizon, I believe it's on channel 44.
