Councilman Kent Davidson Found Breaking Media Ordinance, AGAIN!
...and also adhering to borough ordinances!
Media Democrat Councilman, Kent
Davidson must think it's okay to not shovel his walkways, as yet again,
they remain snow covered. Nothing worse than a public servant setting a
bad example, but then again, that's what we've come to expect from this council.
Hear ye, hear ye taxpayers and voters of Media! There has GOT to be a more respectful and qualified individual to place on this council - this 'do as I say not as I do' attitude of Media' own Chicken Man CANNOT be re-elected! I beg of you, start NOW to find someone to replace him at the ballot box. Has anyone checked Indorf's sidewalk? Could he possibly replace Kent? (I mean we need to match the mentality of Media's voters........)
He is a TECHIE everyone should down load the PUBLIC STUFF phone app they never told you about and slam this fool for acting and thinking he is better then the rest of the residents. Once again a 1%er trying to portray himself as the 99% Typical DEMOCRATIC behavior-----do as i say not as i do----- i deserve more than you ----i am better than you------listen to what i say i know better-----that is Dent Kavidson---- enjoy you voted for him.....
He will care when someone slips and falls and sues him for everything he has! and then sues Media for not inforcing the ordinance! And we should all care about that, because our tax dollars will be paying the legal fees and the litigation award!
Look at his Democrat handout/door hanger for the election #2 PLAINLY states......"encouraging participation by residents"........ Nothing wrong here he is just waiting for the peasant residents who voted him king to come shovel his sidewalks. Normal democratic behavior.
Kent is the Man. Shoveling fluffy snow will only create an icy sidewalk unless you use an inordinate amount of rock salt. Salt is an environmental no no. Of course he could force his wife and kids to shovel and blow dry the sidewalk but he really wouldn't do that . Would he? What a pompous entitled individual.
Kent told me he has a bad back and if he made his kids shovel the sidewalk we would make fun of him for not complying with the borough ordinance and using child labor. He said "I can't win I am screwed"
He's not the only violator, there are others too. So where are the ordinance enforcers? They need to be doing their job. Unshoveled sidewalks are dangerous. Media shouldn't put itself at such high legal risk because it doesn't enforce its ordinances/codes. Including for property owners who are landlords and rent their properties.
Media Real Estate is the WORST!! They have not kept up with keeping their office building sidewalks shoveled at all!! And, yes--this is a code enforcement issue. We all know that Jim Jeffery does NOT enforce borough codes. He should be replaced with someone who'd actually be a code ENFORCEMENT officer.
um yes they have. Media Real Estate has a whole crew that clears sidewalks after storms. Stop pretending or post some photo proof of this. It is easy to see kent does not shovel or as it turns out only shovels a small path on 3rd st after much community outrage but what about west st kent did you get to tired or are you just lazy?
Media Real Estate owns a lot of property in Media and has a lot of influence/power as a result. I can think of 3 vacant properties off the top of my head, waiting for what I'm not sure, but cleared of buildings (State and Radnor, the Media Inn site and the huge lot on Balt. Pike next to Dunkin Donuts) and just sitting there. Pretty hypocritical, since the republicans have always run on an "anti-development"/"preserve Media" campaign, yet MRE gets a pass?? LAME.
As for photo proof, I'm happy to post some (though not sure how I'd share it here) next time we get snow. The worst I've seen yet is their office building at 6th/7th & Jackson. There was no professional snow removal there, and in fact the 7th St. side was never cleared and then when it was, you couldn't call it cleared: there was a little bit of blue stuff sprinkled on it to no effect. The Jackson St. side looked like a kid shoveled it--a little pathway, after the fact.
someone's got to be the most repugnant person in town, but he seems to excel at that.
ReplyDeleteLOL, only in Media !
ReplyDeleteYes, I mean it, ONLY IN MEDIA.
They probably don't think about it since neither of them have a job to go to each day. Out of sight out of mind!
ReplyDeleteYou need clear sidewalks there...driving a car near there has been impossible for 17 years
ReplyDeleteWhy haven't any of the new council members addressed this?

ReplyDeleteIt's as dangerous as uneven sidewalks in the spring. Where is the code enforcement officer on this?
ReplyDeletePH-U, Davidson!
ReplyDeleteHe is a TECHIE everyone should down load the PUBLIC STUFF phone app they never told you about and slam this fool for acting and thinking he is better then the rest of the residents.
ReplyDeleteOnce again a 1%er trying to portray himself as the 99%

He's busy watching Latvian Porn on his laptop.
ReplyDeleteOh Lativian porn is the best.
DeleteMaybe he can float a bond to pay for the removal

ReplyDeleteTedman, where is the HD video drive by of said unsoveled sidewalk?

ReplyDeleteWho DOESN'T have a bad back??? You can always hire a high school kid to shovel it for you. Total B.S.
ReplyDeleteSomebody please buy that lazy a** a shovel - more snow is coming! 3 - 6 inches!!! Wait maybe we should float a bond to buy his whole family one!!!

DeleteJim Jeffery is great. If every borough code was enforced, we'd all be in jail.
ReplyDeleteBut Media Real Estate doesn't sit on Boro Council, do they?
