If you live in the borough and are wondering how to get rid of your 2013 Christmas Tree, fear not. The Media Highway Department will pick up the tree if you leave it curbside.
I've not come across a formal notification, but I'm sure it you put your tree curbside during your trash day, they'll pick it up. If I find something on the mediaborough.com website, I'll post. I'd imagine it goes the month of January, historically speaking.
Do you know if there is a date set for these pick ups?
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! Do you know when they will be starting this pick up and what date they will be ending by any chance?

ReplyDeleteI hope they do a better job with the Christmas Trees than they did with picking up leaves. There are piles of leaves still around.
ReplyDeleteWhat date!?! We have a Christmas tree on North Plum Street curb side.
ReplyDeleteWhy are people "needling"you about this Ted?
ReplyDeleteI lived here for over 40 years ... just put the tree's out .. they drive by and pick them up ... No date needed
ReplyDeleteDo the terrorist FRIGS go to each door with a tree on the curb and whack knee caps to teach residents a lesson about respect for the environment?
