DCTMA TO HOST 2014 ACCESS TO JOBS EXPO

Local Employers Can Meet with Hundreds of Job Seekers from Greater Philadelphia

MEDIA, PA – Hiring or on the lookout for future job candidates? Delaware County

Transportation Management Association, in conjunction with Delaware County Council,

would like to help employers in the Greater Philadelphia area fill open positions.

Prospective employers throughout the area will have the opportunity to connect with

hundreds of job seekers at the 2014 Access to Jobs EXPO.

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This event offers a great local venue for job seekers to meet with representatives from

various industries, including transportation organizations, health care companies, senior

care facilities, staffing agencies, and much more. Last year, more than 500 people were

able to meet with about 35 employers.


For 20 years the Delaware County Transportation Management Authority has helped

Greater Philadelphia find jobs through this EXPO. The DCTMA is a private, non-profit

organization dedicated to improving the transportation network throughout Delaware

County. Through coordinated planning and cooperative efforts, the DCTMA helps to

promote a cleaner, heathier environment, to sustain the quality of life and to enhance the

economic development of Delaware County.
