Another Important Step for Restoring Septa Train Service to West Chester, PA!

  1. In 2013, Septa was considering discontinuing the Media/Elwyn line unless they got additional government handouts. Now, they want to expand their already subsidized railroad into West Chester? How about Septa modernizes and streamlines operations and just demonstrates an ability to break even without subsidy before expanding? The inefficiency of Septa is readily demonstrated the moment you step on a train and the worker clicks a hole punch 15 times to mark your ticket. What? Is this 1945?
