There was some speculation late last year as to a possible sale of the White Manor Country Club in Malvern PA. Back then, it wasn't clear what might become of the 170 acre property.
From what I'm hearing it looks like an agreement of sale was reached Dec 31st. The new owners, Concert Golf Partners from Newport Beach, CA, specialize in buying distressed country club properties across the country. No specific plans released, but they typically re-invest in the properties to promote a better experience.
