    Looks like this suit was backed by "Homebuilders of Delaware County" ... and it also appears that the County "has filed a motion for reconsideration arguing that the Homebuilders of Delaware County are the “sponsors” of the appeal, and that it: (1) pursued and funded the litigation under a champertous agreement; (2) lacks standing to maintain the action; and (3) presented insufficient proof to establish pervasive inequities in assessment.

    Not sure whether today's news by Jim Melwert is in relation to the appeal getting denied or the original Judge's ruling that is subject to appeal.

    As usual in today's world... the tweets are more "click-bait" than informative.
