This listing by SSH Real Estate was recently posted on Baltimore Pike heading towards the Granite Run Promenade, but no details yet on their website regarding what's in store for the property. Stay tuned...
This would be a loss. Always enjoyed driving by the woods before hitting the sprawl of Middletown. It is a nice natural separation between the towns. Would be great if Delaware County, or some other organization (PA Natural Lands Trust) could preserve it as open space. But I won’t hold my breath.
