They sure don't make it convenient to get the card. You can't get them in the burbs, and you can't get one online. (You can refill online, but not get a new card.)
This system is going to be a disaster for train riders. There are only two setup across the walkway over the tracks that everyone is going to have to use to tap out of the system. Not to mention the gates in all of the Center City stations that are already choking traffic and they haven't even been turned on yet.
