Big changes announced for Elwyn Institute.

Elwyn notified Middletown Township that they will be making major changes to their care model.  Changes include selling some parts of the +500 acres they own in Middletown and Edgmont to fund the new strategy.

    Both of those properties need to remain 100% development free.

    This is a no-brainer! Developers can easily slice off enough acreage for 200-250 homes, more like 500 and store frontage if Elwyn really gets needed.

    Let the bidding begin. I'm sure Elwyn will be thrilled to know they have 2 bidders ready to buy their property and keep as open space.
