Gov. Wolf's administration orders voting machines to be upgraded. Delaware County will have to come up with over $6 million to buy new voting machines in time for 2020 elections. Delco purchased machines back in 2006.

      No reason to fear new machines that are backed up with a paper trail will "elect" anyone except who the electorate wants to elect.

    Those machines were a waste of money - never thought they were a good idea. No paper trail for individual votes, too easy for data to get lost or manipulated.
