Someone wanted to get there point across on State Street.


The former Quincy's store on State Street has been bored up for remodeling.  
Unfortunately, it proved to be an irresistible muse for someone.

    Shouldn’t the cameras we paid for capture the images of the vandals or was that just another example of council's wasteful spending of our taxes?

    Sorry to be a spelling nerd but I think you meant someone wanted to get "their" point across and also the former Quincy's store on State Street has been "boarded" up for remodeling. As for the storefront graffiti, it's definitely not like Philly's awesome murals that's for sure.
