    Typical Republican move here. Of course they won't raises taxes in an Election year. Then, when the Democrats have to raise taxes because the GOP wouldn't make the CORRECT move to do so, they look like the bad guys. This is a perfect example of why all DELCO Republicans are not worth our votes!
