Construction is moving along quickly as Spasso's on State Street prepares to offer a more open, outdoor experience. I understand it's supposed to be a beer garden of some sort, but regardless of what the format will be; it'll create a tremendous draw to an already competitive restaurant landscape.
I like it better. It is also nice that now the benches face the memorial.
